If you’re dealing with anxiety, chronic pain, past injuries, or feeling disconnected from your body, this is where you start.
This is not about pushing harder.
It’s about restoring control, breath, and confidence.
What’s Included

• Core Workout A
A slow, controlled core routine focused on stability, coordination, and nervous system safety.
Best for days when your body feels tired or overwhelmed.
• Core Workout B
A gentle movement-based core routine to restore motion, improve coordination, and support recovery without overloading the body.
How to Use This Program

Start with the Breathing Reset.
This prepares your nervous system, improves focus, and helps your body feel safe before movement.
Breathing Reset
• Complete once before your workout
• Focus on slow nasal breathing
• Stop if you feel lightheaded
Workout Structure
• Complete all exercises once to finish one round
• Rest briefly between exercises
• Repeat for 1–2 total rounds based on how your body feels
This is not about pushing through fatigue.
Stop before form breaks or tension rises.

• Standing movements → Seated versions
